Collov Home Design is an online interior design platform that attracts customers by offering professional designers at affordable prices, along with high-quality 3D renderings. Additionally, customers can place orders for all the furniture included in the design in one go. The main process is as follows:

Problem

Collov Home Design has primarily focused on desktop-based operations. However, data analysis shows that more than half of users access the platform via mobile devices to place orders and communicate with designers. Unfortunately, the mobile site frequently encounters usability issues, resulting in a poor user experience.

Solution

The team decided to develop an app to be launched on the Apple Store, featuring AR room measurement and Apple Pay integration. These additions aim to greatly enhance the overall user experience and provide more functionality that is only accessible via mobile devices.

At the start of the design process, we identified the key features that users most frequently utilize to prioritize their importance.
